Chuck Baglivio is the marketing manager for energy efficient projects for PEG. He and his team work extensively to bring utility-sponsored incentive programs to businesses to help lower power usage. As a lighting surveyor, customer representative, and contract writer, Chuck is able to assist clients in all aspects of these programs.
